During law school, Tim was a staff member of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law and served as an intern for the United States District Court of Delaware. In addition, he earned a Certificate from the Institute of Delaware Corporate and Business Law for the completion of specialized legal studies. Tim was ranked 17th in his graduating class.
Tim regularly serves on arbitration panels that decide civil actions brought on appeal from district courts. Also, he volunteers through the Chester County Bar Association's Access to Justice Program to assist individuals who cannot afford legal representation.
